Use only the mildest soaps when bathing; ZERO chemicals as much as possible.
Bathing newborns need not be an everyday schedule as they may lose their skin’s natural moisture, making their skin dry.
Avoid sun exposure from 8am-4pm, when the heat is at its peak.
Timely nappy changes are also important to avoid skin rashes down there.
Clean thoroughly baby’s bottom using cotton with water when scooping out their poop; if you need to use wipes, make sure it doesn’t also contain any harsh chemicals.
Wipe out right away any milk or saliva that your little ones may spit (esp on their necks), so you won’t have to worry on unwanted rashes later on.
