Payment, Shipping and Return
Kindly read our payment information below to avoid any confusion when making a purchase. We currently offer the following payment options:

For COD payments, please prepare the exact amount to be paid and make an authorized person available to receive the order if you are not available on the delivery day.
Kindly send your proof of payment via email (email@example.com) with your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME so your order can be processed.
We will send an email confirmation that we received your payment within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. To avoid delays in processing, kindly send your payment once through the email we have sent confirming your order.

Orders are prepared after receiving proof of payment (credit card, online bank transfer screenshot / bank deposit slip) sent to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Your order will be packed and shipped 3-5 (Metro Manila) / 4-6 (Provincial) business days from date of payment. An update that your order has been shipped with your Waybill tracking number will be sent via email.
Handling and Shipping charges are as follows:

*No delivery on Sundays and Holidays.
Only the following cities / municipalities fall under Metro Manila area. If your shipping address are not located within the following, please select “Provincial” as your shipping method.
- Las Piñas
- City of Manila
- Quezon City
- San Juan
We reserve the right to hold / cancel order shipment if incorrect shipping method was selected on checkout.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage.
- Discounted items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 3 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
- Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set
If you received a damaged or defective item;
This rarely happens, but in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or package, do send an email to email@example.com We will make it our mission to correct this right away!
If you received an expired/near expiry item;
We genuinely apologize for that! It is our strict policy to keep track and monitor our inventories and assure that they have enduring shelf life ahead—but sometimes, these things slip through the cracks. So sorry about that but no worries! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll process a pick up and replacement at the address most convenient for you. Important: please include your order number and a clear photo of the expired/near-expiry item in your email. That way, we can get its replacement to you as soon as possible.
